Welcome to QR Tree. By registering an account, shortening links, generating QR codes, or setting up a product page, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Account Registration & Third-Party Login

To access certain platform features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information.

Facebook Authentication:

When using Facebook Login to register, you authorize us to access your public profile and email address strictly to provision your account. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any connected third-party credentials.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You are strictly prohibited from using QR Tree's URL shortener, QR codes, or product pages to distribute:

  • Spam, malware, viruses, phishing schemes, or malicious code.
  • Illegal, fraudulent, counterfeit, or unauthorized product listings.
  • Content that infringes upon third-party intellectual property or copyrights.
  • Hate speech, harassment, or explicit/adult-only content.

We reserve the absolute right to suspend, terminate, or delete any links, QR codes, or accounts found violating these conditions instantly and without notice.

3. Ultimate Responsibility & Redirection Disclaimer

QR Tree functions purely as a passive technical platform for URL shortening, QR generation, and custom landing page hosting.

We do not assume any responsibility, liability, or endorsement for the underlying destination content of any shortened link or QR code created on our site. The account holder retains 100% legal ownership and liability for all traffic redirected through their assets. QR Tree will fully cooperate with law enforcement and hosting registrars to dismantle violating links immediately upon discovery.

4. E-Commerce & Product Pages

If you use our product sales page tools, you act as the independent seller. QR Tree is not a party to any transaction between you and your customers. We are not responsible for product fulfillment, payment chargebacks, quality complaints, or customer support issues originating from transactions processed on your custom display pages.

5. Limitation of Liability

QR Tree is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no guarantees that service will be completely uninterrupted, entirely error-free, or perpetually secure. In no event shall QR Tree be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data loss, service downtime, or access difficulties to your shortened links or QR codes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, brand logos, trademarks, and technological services featured on QR Tree are the exclusive intellectual property of QR Tree. Users retain copyright ownership over their uploaded product information and links, but grant QR Tree a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, host, and distribute this content solely to perform the platform services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service, and any disputes, controversies, or legal procedures arising out of your use of QR Tree, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws of the platform's operating country, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions must be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any given time. Continued use of our application following changes implies your automatic acceptance of the newly modified terms.
